Our classic Sunset Blend medium roast offers a balanced cup filled with chocolate and toffee notes. The ideal mixture of Central and South American coffees, this pulls a great espresso shot and can be used for drip too. Sunset Roasters uses the Sunset Blend at our neighborhood farmers market and is regularly one of our top sellers.

Our Solstice blend label was proudly created by local artist and Sunset Roasters’ barista Termeh B.

Sunset Roasters is happy to offer you our first dark roast blend. Providing a rich bold cup with notes of dark chocolate, spice and a hint of dark berry. This blend of Peru, Sumatra, and Ethiopia coffee will provide a balanced cup for a balanced morning.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 1 Natural – Worka Marta Alemu
A vivid expression of southern Ethiopian terroir, this natural-processed Yirgacheffe comes from the Worka region in the Gedeo Zone, cultivated by Marta Alemu Kanke at elevations of 1900–2000 meters.

In the cup, expect a bright and complex fruit character with enchanting notes of strawberry and blueberry balanced by herbal undertones and hints of chocolate sweetness — a profile that highlights both intensity and finesse.

Naturally dried on raised beds and handled with care, these heirloom cultivars (74112 & 74110) reflect a deep connection to place and tradition, offering a compelling sensory journey from harvest to brew.

Perfect for filter-style brewing to showcase its aromatic clarity, or as an adventurous espresso that brings out its fruit-forward flair in every sip.

Sunset Roasters is excited to bring you its first coffee from the Asian region. Loaded with wonderful fruity and floral tones this coffee is an immediate standout.

Bali Organic Kintamani natural is sourced from family owned farms located in the Kintamani highlands on the island province of Bali, Indonesia. 

Coffee is grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Agung along with citrus trees that provide shade and another source of income.  Coffee production is typically organized around a Subak Abian, which refers to the ecologically sustainable irrigation systems developed more than 1,000 years ago by Hindu priests who practiced Tri Hita Karana (the three sources of prosperity), a philosophy focused on the harmonization between the environment, humans, and God.

Chiapas Mayan Harvest - Café de Mujeres

Our medium roast Mexico Chiapas Mayan Harvest comes to your from the region of Bella Vista, Mexico.

Back by popular demand, Sunset Roasters is proud to support Mayan Harvest Women’s group once again!

Mexico Chiapas Mayan Harvest Women's Group is comprised of 168 family-owned farms with a female head of household. This group is situated in communities within the municipality of Bella Vista in the state of Chiapas, Mexico and is led by Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia.

Rosalba was raised in the Bella Vista coffee community and has dedicated herself to helping producers with small plots of land earn better prices for their coffee. This means that these female farmers can reinvest in better agricultural practices and improve the social mobility of their families for decades to come. Our medium roast Costa Rica La Amistad Organic from the region of Coto Brus, CR:

Hacienda Amistad (friendship) is owned and managed by Roberto Montero, a third generation coffee farmer who takes pride in growing delicious organic coffee in the region of Puntarena, Costa Rica. Employing nearly 100 employees full time year round and providing access to medical care for its seasonal workers, La Amistad has been a staple in the community for many decades.

This delicious coffee brings hints of lemon, floral, carmel, and chocolate to your cup. The farm name translation, La Amistad, reminds us that it’s always better shared with a friend.
